Resumen
Esta investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de conocer las causas que generan los conflictos laborales en el área de producción Atunera, de la misma forma las consecuencias que se producen cuando el clima laboral presenta disfuncionalidades a nivel organizacional. Por lo antes mencionado se plantea el tema del artículo fue denominado como intervención del Trabajador Social en Conflictos Laborales en Empresa de Producción Atunera, Año 2021; la metodología que se implementó fue de carácter cualitativa a través de la aplicación de la entrevista, como informantes claves fueron tres Trabajadoras Sociales y un Psicólogo Industrial quienes respondieron un cuestionario de preguntas relacionadas directamente con los propósitos de este estudio. Los resultados obtenidos se relacionan directamente al argumento debido a que las principales causas de los conflictos laborales se atañen a la falta de liderazgo y comunicación disfuncional entre los colaboradores y como consecuencias estás afectan en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, aspectos emocionales y los obstáculos para alcanzar los logros propuestos de manera organizacional, para concluir se destaca la intervención del Trabajador Social como un aspecto relevante en el Departamento de Talento Humano de una organización debido a que por medio de las estrategias que implementa es el encargado de sensibilizar a los colaboradores y sobre todo orientarlos con herramientas que les facilite solucionar conflictos de la manera más armónica cuando se presentan; la aplicación de técnicas como la mediación contribuye de manera importante para garantizar un clima laboral óptimo basado en una adaptabilidad laboral integra.

ABSTRACT:
This research was developed in order to know the causes that generate labor conflicts in the area of tuna production, in the same way the consequences that occur when the work environment presents dysfunctions at the organizational level for the aforementioned the topic of the article was called as intervention of the Social Worker in Labor Conflicts in Tuna Production Company, Year 2021; the methodology that was implemented was qualitative through the application of the interview, as key informants were three Social Workers and an Industrial Psychologist who answered a questionnaire of questions directly related to the purposes of this study. The results obtained are directly related to the argument because the main causes of labor conflicts concern the lack of leadership and dysfunctional communication among employees and as consequences are affected in the work performance of workers, emotional aspects and obstacles to achieve the proposed achievements in an organizational way, to conclude, the intervention of the Social Worker is highlighted as a relevant aspect in the Human Talent Department of an organization because through the strategies it implements it is responsible for sensitizing employees and above all guiding them with tools that facilitate them to solve conflicts in the most harmonious way when they arise; the application of techniques such as mediation contributes significantly to ensuring an optimal work environment based on integrated work adaptability.
