We have prepared a compendium of the most notable works and our contributions towards the conservation of this world treasure. Our target audience is all young Amazonians and naturalist guides, so we have placed special emphasis on clear and simple language. We hope to arouse the curiosity of our readers and thus make some of them decide to enter the world of science, since the Yasuní still holds many more secrets to discover. This book would not have been possible without the constant support of the Ministry of the Environment and specifically the Yasuní National Park.
