This exercise is intended to solve a building that addresses the growth INCINE (Technological Institute of Film and Acting) plans for next year. This is caused because of the opening of a undergrad degree. The challenge of this project is to create a technical and academically more advanced center and, socially speaking, more open so that it can accommodate a larger number of students, but also it can serve the community outside the educational process.Este ejercicio pretende resolver un edificio que afronte el crecimiento que INCINE (Instituto Superior Tecnológico de Cine y Actuación) planifica para el próximo año por motivo de la apertura de la licenciatura. El reto del proyecto es crear un centro más avanzado técnica y académicamente, y mas abierto socialmente hablando de tal manera que no solamente pueda albergarse a un número mayor de estudiantes, sino que pueda servir a la comunidad externa al proceso educativo.
