The new forms of work strategy, job adaptability and the interaction between the work environment and family nuclei, focus the following research on the relationship between job crafting and work-family interaction, with the aim of finding out how both variables interact with workers in an Ecuadorian logistics services company. Therefore, a quantitative, cross-sectional
survey was carried out in the year 2022-2023 on a non-probabilistic sample of 49 people. The sampling was carried out in a non-probabilistic way by convenience through the digital platform 'Google Forms', with a descriptive-correlational statistical analysis using SPSS v.25 software. The results show that job crafting and work-family interaction are positively and significantly correlated.
