Resumen
In the environment there is a lack of a WESLEA software guide to verify the design of flexible pavements, so they opt for traditional methods, which take too much time and can become confusing. The objective of this work is to develop a management guide for the "WESLEA" Software, through a practical example, which allows the correct application of the Software, taking into account the importance of a software of this type for the verification of the design of flexible pavements, for students and professionals of civil engineering. By having this practical guide, they will have a tool that will facilitate the development of designs that include flexible pavements. This is a mechanical analysis software that indicates how the pavement responds when the tire loads act, the response obtained from the pavement is defined as stress, deformation and displacement, useful results to predict the useful life of the pavement in terms of fatigue and rutting. In the present work, the results obtained through the "WESLEA" software were also compared with the traditional designs, concluding that for the design proposed for the proposed practical exercise there will be no damage due to fatigue and rutting, the variation of the results obtained with the traditional method. is not considered significant.
