The evaluation of sanitary and storm sewer systems has been carried out based on the physical inspections in the existing facilities in the faculty, as well as their operation and relating it to the current growth of the student population. In addition, measurements were taken of sanitary appliances installed, number of wastewater and sewage discharge boxes. Satisfaction and use of faculty bathrooms surveys were carried out in order to measure the degree of satisfaction of the user in relation to the current facilities. The objective of the present investigation was to determine the current situation of the health systems and, based on the results, to propose improvements in each system in the short and long term. When carrying out the physical inspections in the tanks, it was evident that the capacity of the tanks covers a 30% water demand, an amount that is insufficient due to the high student demand that has increased year by year.From the tabulation and the statistical analysis made with the surveys it was possible to determine that there is currently a coverage of 40% in the health system for the male student population (toilets and toilets). La evaluación de los sistemas de alcantarillado sanitario y pluvial se la ha realizado en función de las inspecciones físicas en las instalaciones existentes en la facultad, así como, su operatividad y relacionándolo con el crecimiento actual de población estudiantil. Además, se determinó el número de aparatos sanitarios instalados, número de cajas de descarga de aguas servidas y de aguas lluvias. Se efectuaron encuestas de grado de satisfacción y uso de baños de la facultad con la finalidad de considerar la opinión de los usuarios en relación con las instalaciones actuales. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la situación actual de los sistemas sanitarios y en función de los resultados proponer mejoras en cada sistema a corto y largo plazo. Al realizar las inspecciones físicas en las cisternas se evidenció que la capacidad de las mismas cubre una demanda del 20 % de agua, cantidad que es insuficiente debido a la gran demanda estudiantil que se ha incrementado año a año. De la tabulación y el análisis estadístico realizado con las encuestas se pudo determinar que existe actualmente una cobertura del 40% en el sistema sanitario para la población estudiantil masculina (inodoros y lavabos).
