The present investigation consists of determining the 'Development of critical thinking and its contribution to the job performance of the secretary of the Bilingual Executive Secretary Career', the study aims to establish definitions that allow you to improve job performance for Thus to achieve a better environment, for the development of this analysis the deductive method was used, obtaining information from various sources in bibliographic data bases, by means of an interview with the secretary, the information obtained was collected and analyzed. Despite the diversity of information and approaches on the development of critical thinking and job performance, there is a set of sufficiently approved indicators, which can be used by the educational institution for analysis and measurement as an instrument to improve the job performance of the Secretary. A pesar de la diversidad de información y enfoques sobre el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico y el rendimiento laboral, existen un conjunto de indicadores suficientemente aprobados, que puede ser utilizado por la institución educativa para su análisis y medición como un instrumento para mejorar el rendimiento laboral de la secretaria. Por otra parte, en la actual sociedad del conocimiento, el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico motiva a un rendimiento eficaz a través de las labores profesionales, por este motivo, se hace muy interesante el estudio de sus variables dándole el diseño y reconocimiento a través del análisis al conjunto de diversos enfoques representativos.
