This research work deals with how important is the application of Gram-positive bacteria within agricultural production, also indicates that the applications of these bacteria cause benefits of great importance in the different processes of cultivation as the great benefit it generates in the fertilization for the proper development of plants. The scientific and bibliographic research of Gram-positive bacteria deals with the great benefits generated by the bacteria in establishing as a regulator in the environment caused by the great ranges of the use of chemical products. Bacteria are plant growth promoters which grow in symbiosis with the plant allowing it to stimulate growth, present N2 bilogical fixation, produce growth regulators developing a superficial area of the root and provide control of pathogenic microorganisms. Gram-positive bacteria of the genus Bacillus and Actinomycetes are bacteria of great benefit for the control of diseases. La investigación científica y bibliográfica de las bacterias Gram positivas trata de los grandes beneficios que genera las bacterias en establecer como un regulador en el medio ambiente ocasionado por las grandes gamas de la utilización de productos químicos. Las bacterias son promotoras de crecimiento vegetal las cuales crecen en simbiosis con la planta permitiéndole estimular el crecimiento, presentar fijación bilógica de N2, producen reguladores de crecimiento desarrollando un área superficial de la raíz y proporcionar el control de microorganismos patógenos. Las bacterias Gram positivas del genero Bacillus y Actinomicetos son bacterias de gran beneficio para el control de las enfermedades, Bacillus es un agente de biocontrol que representa el mismo que tienen una representación a nivel mundial del 90%.
