The following research aims to analyze how post-traumatic stress affects the dissociative symptoms of a 21-year-old woman can affect her mood and physical behavior. To carry out this research, some techniques have been used such as: clinical observation, clinical history, semi-structured interview Severity of Symptoms Scale of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder according to DSM-5: forensic version (EGS-F), which identifies the disorder evaluated
from the traumatic event consists of 21 items that evaluate the neurological and pathological symptoms.
It should be noted that there are different factors that influence a person's emotional state, especially in cases of post-traumatic stress, it is one of the most influential factors in the loss of a loved one. The loss of a loved one is a hard blow to the emotional part of a relative, affecting the cognitive part. Post-traumatic stress can be prevented by seeking psychological support after the traumatic event and practicing different types of relaxation to stay calm. La siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar como el estrés postraumático afecta en los síntomas disociativos de una mujer de 21 años, puede afectar el estado de ánimo y su comportamiento físico. Para realizar esta investigación de ha utilizado algunas técnicas como: la observación clínica, historia clínica, entrevista semiestructurada Escala de Gravedad de Síntomas del Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático según el DSM-5: versión forense (EGS-F), que identifica el trastorno evaluado desde el suceso traumático, consta de 21 ítems que evalúa los síntomas de carácter neurológicos y patológicos.
Cabe señalar que existen diferentes factores que influyen en el estado emocional de una persona, en especial en casos de estrés postraumáticos es uno de los factores más influente en la pérdida de un ser querido. La pérdida de un ser querido es un golpe duro en la parte emocional de un familiar, llegando a afectar la parte cognitiva. El estrés postraumático puede ser prevenido buscando apoyo psicológico después del evento traumático y practicar diferentes tipos de relajación para mantener la calma.
