El presente caso clínico, trata acerca de un paciente adulto mayor de sexo femenino de 81 años de edad, quien ingresa al centro de salud con varios síntomas como disnea, tos con expectoración y alza térmica con sospecha de neumonía por los días en los que la paciente se ha encontrado en este estado. La revisión por sistema de la paciente da como resultado que la parte respiratoria (disnea + tos + expectoración), digestiva (diarrea) y cardio vascular se encuentran anormales (taquicardia); mientras que la zona genital y urinario están normales.
