Resumen
El trabajo de investigación tuvo por finalidad determinar si la aplicación del Régimen de Percepciones del Impuesto General a las Ventas (IGV), ha tenido impacto en la recaudación de tributos internos, llámese IGV e Impuesto a la Renta (I.R); ya que, el objetivo principal del sistema fue asegurar la recaudación del IGV, y tratándose del departamento de Huánuco, también del I.R; ya que, en esta región se goza de la exoneración del IGV, por la Ley de la Amazonia Ley N° 27037, dando lugar así a la figura de la compensación de percepciones con Impuesto a la Renta.
Por otro lado, se desarrolló la aplicación del sistema de percepciones del IGV; es decir, el uso de las percepciones del IGV y cuál ha sido el impacto en los contribuyentes del régimen general del distrito de Huánuco; ya que, al crear el sistema se encarecieron el precio de los productos afectos al régimen.
Así mismo, se determinó cual ha sido el impacto de las percepciones tributarias en el presupuesto público; si con la aplicación de este sistema se ha logrado la eficiencia en la recaudación fiscal. Tesis
