The theses called PRINCIPALS CAUSES LIMITED SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN THE PRIVATE CONSERVATION AREA NATURAL FOREST CAÑONCILLO, located in the District of San Jose, Province of Pacasmayo, La Libertad Region, has as objectives identify and analyze principals causes limited sustainable tourism development in the Private Conservation Area Natural Forest Cañoncillo. The thesis report is divided into three chapters, which contain topics about general data area, the ailing tourism awareness of the host community and share uncoordinated efforts by the owners and tourism superstructure main causes limiting sustainable tourism development in the Private Conservation Area Natural Forest Cañoncillo. This was achieved office and field work where references were consulted, as well as first-hand information by applying the analytical - synthetic and ethnographic method and interview techniques and survey of competent authorities and host communities, respectively, thus achieving conclusions and recommendations according to the stated objectives. Finally, research is proposed as a diagnostic Area Tourist reality, from which to develop regulations, laws and projects to achieve sustainable tourism development in the PCANBC.La tesis denominada principales causas que limitan el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en el área de conservación privada bosque natural El Cañoncillo, ubicada en el Distrito de San José, Provincia de Pacasmayo, Región La Libertad, tiene como objetivo identificar y analizar las principales causas que limitan el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en el Área de Conservación Privada Bosque Natural El Cañoncillo. El informe de tesis está dividido en tres capítulos, los cuales contienen temas acerca de los datos generales del Área, la debilitada conciencia turística de la comunidad receptora y la descoordinada participación en las gestiones por parte de los propietarios y superestructura turística como causas principales que limitan el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en el Área de Conservación Privada Bosque Natural El Cañoncillo. Para ello se realizó trabajo de gabinete y campo donde se consultaron referencias bibliográficas, además de obtener información de primera fuente mediante la aplicación del método analítico – sintético y el método etnográfico y las técnicas de la entrevista y encuesta a las autoridades competentes y comunidad receptora, respectivamente; logrando con esto establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones de acuerdo a los objetivos formulados. Finalmente, la investigación se plantea como un diagnóstico de la realidad turística del Área, a partir de la cual se podrán elaborar reglamentos, leyes y proyectos que permitirán lograr el desarrollo del turismo sostenible en el APCBNC.Tesis
