dc.descriptionEl caso clínico que a continuación se presenta, es referente a una niña de ocho años a quién se le llamará Ana, a la cual se le practicó una evaluación integral para determinar si manifiesta la condición diagnóstica del Trastorno por Déficit de Atención sin Hiperactividad (TDA-H); asimismo, se revisó la bibliografía actualizada referente al trastorno, completando la información recabada a través de la anamnesis, el impacto en los miembros del hogar y el ambiente académico sobre esta situación. Como propuesta se implementó un plan terapéutico que fue ajustado a las necesidades de atención y concentración especialmente para la menor, incluyendo sesiones de psicoeducación para los padres, en las que se utilizó técnicas de terapia cognitivo conductual, basadas en evidencia, tales como las de reforzamiento, castigo, extinción, sobrecorrección y tiempo fuera de tipo antecedentes-consecuentes, dicho plan es aplicable durante un tiempo de tres meses del año en curso.
dc.descriptionThe clinical case presented below, refers to an eight-year-old girl who will be called Ana, who underwent an entire comprehensive evaluation to determine if she manifests the condition of Attention Deficit Disorder without Hyperactivity (ADD -H). In addition, the updated bibliography regarding the disorder was reviewed completing the information gathered through the anamnesis, the impact on the household members and the academic environment on this situation. As a proposal, a therapeutic plan was implemented which was adjusted to the attention and concentration needs especially for the minor, including psychoeducation sessions for the parents, in which evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques were used, such as reinforcement, punishment, extinction, overcorrection and antecedent-consequent time-out. This plan is applicable for a period of three months of the current year.
