Currently, the strengthening of women producers and youth groups is one of the most important aspects in the agricultural industry due to the disadvantages they have lived with for many years because it was a male-dominated economic sector. However, these groups also have many capabilities to work as agricultural producers creating high-quality products through sustainable livelihood strategies. Thus, this project aims to support women and youth groups to implement mushroom production processes in the agricultural industry in Santa Lucia. Objetivo General: To support sustainable livelihoods for women and youth through training and inclusion in the mushroom industry for the insertion of an agricultural market that provides inputs for sustainable production to improve the quality of life of these people.
