This work presents the results of an investigation that includes two differentiated studies. In the first study, we identify integration indicators of the foreign population in Spain, in other words we attempt to find out what makes foreign people feel as if they form part of the society in which they live and value and feel its culture as their own. Indicators related to legislation, employment, health, the education system, leisure and participation, and communications media were identified. In the second study, we attempt to find out, via these indicators, how integrated the Latin American population feels.  En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una investigación que incluye dos estudios diferenciados. En el primer estudio identificamos indicadores de integración de la población extranjera en España; es decir, tratamos de averiguar qué hace que las personas extranjeras sientan que forman parte de la sociedad en la que viven, y valoren y sientan su cultura como propia. Se identificaron indicadores relacionados con: la legislación, el empleo, la sanidad, el sistema educativo, el ocio y la participación ciudadana, y los medios de comunicación. En el segundo estudio tratamos de averiguar, a partir de esos indicadores, cómo se siente de integrada la población latinoamericana.
