| dc.description | Human rights means human rights for all. On the other hand, the first intention is to demonstrate, starting from the theory of human rights, how this devaluation has occurred, turning the prisoners into second-category citizens, both in the legal normative order and in prison practice. By virtue of this, the objective pursued is to investigate and find out if in the state of Nayarit the prison authorities guarantee the required levels of humanity and legal certainty in accordance with international laws and instruments as a means of protecting their dignity. | |
