dc.descriptionEl estudio de los elementos que conforman la teoría delito es el punto medular del estudio del presente trabajo, para poder desarrollar un estudio completo del mismo, es esencial conocer y saber el concepto de tipicidad, en virtud de que sin este, el delito o conducta típica no existiría y por ende no seria posible el encuadramiento del mismo, ni saber que causas originaron que el sujeto actuara de forma antijuridica. el presente trabajo de investigación es con el fin de que se tenga un conocimiento y se haga un estudio más conciso sobre la aplicación de las sanciones por el grado de responsabilidad del sujeto que por su conducta antijuridica comete una falta que encuadre en el campo del derecho penal.
