| dc.description | The fundamental regulation of the Public Ministry in Mexico, is found since 1917, in articles 21 and 103 section A, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, of the interpretation of these precepts, it is appreciated the heterogeneity of its function, legal nature , structural principles, as well as that its ownership resides in the Attorney General, who hierarchically depends on the Executive Power.
