| dc.description | It is still common to perceive how society does not trust the District Judges, it could be that this is due to the fact that to get to occupy the public position of District Judge only legal knowledge is needed, which in itself is insufficient, since to be a District judge, it is because a person who performs such an important function, not only needs theoretical-legal knowledge, but also necessarily has to have knowledge of administration, sociology, history, human development, politics, ethics, economics, methodology, criminology leadership among others, as well as having certain virtues and moral values that allow them to fully develop their role and create in a society the confidence that the person who is going to decide the destiny of their heritage, about their freedom, is a person prepared enough to make the best decision about it. | |
| dc.description | Todavía es común percibir como la sociedad no confía en los jueces de Distrito, podría ser que ello se deba a que para llegar a ocupar el cargo publico de Juez de Distrito únicamente se necesiten conocimientos jurídicos, lo que de suyo es insuficiente, pues para ser un juez de Distrito, es debido a que una persona que desempeña tan importante función, no solo necesita de conocimientos teorico-juridicos, sino que necesariamente tiene que contar con conocimientos de administración, sociología, historia, desarrollo humano , política, ética, economía , metodología, liderazgo criminología entre otra, así como tener ciertas virtudes y valores morales que le permitan desarrollar su función a plenitud y crear en una sociedad la confianza de que la persona que va a decidir el destino de su patrimonio, sobre su libertad, es una persona lo suficientemente preparada para tomas la mejor decisión al respecto. | |
