| dc.description | Sexual freedom is a requirement for the proper development of individuals regardless of any type of coercion, exploitation or abuse. It is the right of every individual to exercise, in the best conditions, their sexuality aimed at living a safe and satisfactory life, provided that it does not violate the respect and right to sexual freedom of other individuals. For this reason, in the legal field in each era and in each culture, there have been different perceptions, each generation adapting to its social, economic and legal environment according to its demands and needs.

| dc.description | La libertad sexual es un requisito para el adecuado desarrollo de los individuos al margen de cualquier tipo de coerción, explotación o abuso. Es el derecho de todo individuo a ejercer, en las mejores condiciones, su sexualidad encaminada a vivir una vida segura y satisfactoria, siempre que no transgreda el respeto y derecho a la libertad sexual de los demás individuos. Por ello en el campo jurídico en cada época y en cada cultura, se han tenido diferentes percepciones, cada generación se va amoldando a su entorno social, económico y jurídico de acuerdo a sus exigencias y necesidades.
El acoso y hostigamiento sexual son fenómenos que se presentan en todas las esferas de la interacción humana y colectiva, es decir en lo económico, en lo político, en lo cultural, en cualquier ámbito, como el trabajo, la escuela, la familia, así como en el simple trato cotidiano entre las personas. | |
