dc.descriptionThe preliminary investigation in federal matters is the subject of this work, which will be analyzed from the perspective of the base stage or previous stage of all criminal proceedings that have the same importance as for a building the foundations. It will be questioned how much legal certainty exists for the accused, in the preliminary investigation stage, and the need and importance of establishing terms or terms in said procedural stage.
dc.descriptionLa averiguación previa en materia federal es el tema de este trabajo, misma que se analizara bajo la óptica de etapa base o etapa previa de todo proceso penal que reviste la misma importancia que para un edificio los cimientos. Se cuestionará que tanta certeza jurídica existe para el indiciado, en la etapa de averiguación previa, y la necesidad e importancia que significa el establecer plazos o términos en dicha etapa procedimental.
