| dc.description | The structure of this work is made up of three chapters, the first is entitled judicial independence, based on what the Federal Constitution indicates. As well as the Organic Law of the Judicial Power of the Federation, inserting the current opinion of the Supreme Court of Justice regarding the suitability of public servants who intend to enter the Judicial Power.
The second chapter is called Critical Analysis of the Legal Framework of the Judicial Power of Nayarit, where we highlight the current procedure that is established for the appointment of magistrates, which is what we maintain that it no longer corresponds to the new times, and is contradictory to the principle of judicial independence.
And the third chapter refers to Comparative National Law where all the constitutions of the Mexican Republic are reviewed. | |
| dc.description | La estructura del presente trabajo se compone de tres capítulos, el primero se titula la independencia judicial, partiendo de lo que señala la Constitución Federal. Así como la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial de la Federación insertando la opinión actual de la Suprema Corte de Justicia en torno a la idoneidad de los servidores públicos que pretenden ingresar al Poder Judicial.
El segundo capítulo se denomina Análisis Crítico al Marco Jurídico del Poder Judicial de Nayarit, donde resaltamos el procedimiento actual que se encuentra establecido para la designación de magistrados, el cual es lo que sostenemos que ya no corresponda a los nuevos tiempos, y es contradictorio al principio de independencia judicial.
Y el Tercer capítulo se refiere al derecho Comparado Nacional donde se revisan todas las constituciones de la Republica Mexicana. | |
