dc.descriptionAnte el necesario cambio de sistema de justicia penal, ordenado mediante Decreto por el que se reforma, diez artículos de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federación el 18 de junio del año 2008, nuestro país inicio con el sistema procesal penal de corte acusatorio y oral; en el Estado de Nayarit fue implementado totalmente dicho sistema, hasta el día 15 de junio de 2016, aunque previamente, se había instaurado de forma parcial para ciertos delitos.
