dc.descriptionIn this study, quantitative experimental design, learning between two groups of students graduated in computer systems of the Autonomous University of Nayarit was compared. They received a course of basic programming (using the Java programming language), one in face mode and virtual other. Each group consisted of 16 students in the third semester. A pre-test was applied and a post-test to both groups, these data were collected and analyzed using parametric statistical t-student test. The result showed a slightly higher learning in the group receiving instruction in virtual mode.
dc.descriptionEn este estudio de tipo cuantitativo con diseño experimental, se comparó el aprendizaje entre dos grupos de estudiantes de la licenciatura en sistemas computacionales de la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit. Éstos recibieron un curso de programación básica (empleando el lenguaje de programación Java), uno de ellos en modalidad presencial y el otro virtual. Cada grupo estuvo constituido por 16 estudiantes del tercer semestre. Se aplicó una preprueba y una pos-prueba a ambos grupos, se recolectaron datos y se analizaron éstos utilizando la prueba estadística paramétrica t-student. El resultado mostró un aprendizaje ligeramente mayor en el grupo que recibió la instrucción en modalidad virtual.
