In software industry the triage process exists to maintain the software system, it helps the system to keep running as it is expected from the customers and as per the requirements. In other words, it keeps it bugs free. But the triage process is a repetitive task that also costs time, effort and at some point, may cause disagreement among the developers on how the bugs are getting dispatch across the team. For that reason, this project formulates a series of experiments to represent a development team and upcoming bugs to simulate a real-life scenario and compare how the bugs get triages based on different features while giving as an output the best appropriate developer to fix the issue in less time. After those experiments a dispatcher model is proposed to keep investigating about the best solution approach for bug dispatcher depending on the team objective. Besides the bug dispatcher as another academic contribution there’s a bug generator that will allow to keep working on projects related to bugs under a specific context.
