In this article, reflections and comments are made about the theme of the theology of Latin American liberation, where it is mentioned that the theological discourse must be seen as a matter of theoretical analysis and reflection, that is, as an object of knowledge and not to pretend show it as an object of faith. At the same time, it is intended to show in a general way what is the theology of Latin American liberation, as well as to show the elements that are considered central.En este artículo se hacen reflexiones y comentarios en torno al tema de la teología de la liberación latinoamericana, en donde se menciona que el discurso teológico debe ser visto como materia de análisis y reflexión teórica, es decir, como un objeto de conocimiento y no pretender mostrarlo como objeto de fe. A su vez, se pretende mostrar de manera general qué es la teología de la liberación latinoamericana, así como mostrar los elementos que se consideran centrales.
