Abstract

In this thesis the feasibility of carrying out the project of a museum of contemporary art and urban art will be evaluated, and the aim will be to carry out the research work and the corresponding planimetry to carry out the project. The project establishes the reason for the need to build a space dedicated to art in the city, the geographical, economic, and climatological determinants in order to show the research process that was carried out in order to carry out the architectural project and the relevance that involves having a space of this magnitude in the city. The information shown allows to have a vision in which it is demonstrated that the project to be established is proposed by the need of artists and population of a space in which they can express themselves freely, as well as the orientation to new artistic expressions. The design of the museum is proposed, highlighting the planimetry to carry out the project, the long, medium and short term scope as well as the budget of the project. The essential thing in many of the controversial aspects of designing a museum is that it is not possible to establish a concordance with all cultures, not forgetting that the past must be included in the present, since the building must have more inclusion in the present than in the past but without forgetting it. All this will have the purpose of being able to carry out the construction of the project and provide a suitable space for artists as they are local and foreign.

En la presente tesis se evaluará la factibilidad de realizar el proyecto de museo de arte contemporáneo y arte urbano, y se tendrá como objetivo realizar el trabajo de investigación, y la planimetría correspondiente para llevar a cabo el proyecto. En el proyecto se establecen el porqué de la necesidad de construir un espacio dedicado al arte en la ciudad, las determinantes geográficas, económicas, climatológicas con la finalidad de mostrar el proceso de investigación que se realizó para poder llevar a cabo el proyecto arquitectónico y la relevancia que conlleva tener un espacio de esta magnitud en la ciudad. La información mostrada permite tener una visión en la cual se demuestra que el proyecto a establecer se propone por la necesidad de artistas y población de un espacio en el cual se puedan expresar libremente, al igual que la orientación a las nuevas expresiones artísticas. Se propone el diseño del museo, destacando la planimetría para realizar el proyecto, los alcances a largo, mediano y corto plazo, así como es el presupuesto del proyecto. Lo esencial en muchos de los aspectos controvertidos de diseñar un museo es que no se logre establecer una concordancia con todas las culturas, no olvidando que el pasado lo debemos incluir en el presente, ya que la edificación debe de tener inclusión más en el presente que en el pasado, pero sin olvidarlo. Todo esto tendrá como fin del poder llevar a cabo la construcción del proyecto y proporcionar un espacio apto para los artistas como lo son locales y foráneos.
