Abstract

Today the services requested through digital platforms have had an important activity due to the practicality and reliability that they generate by providing a quality service that is why in the private company UBER they strive to always be updated and available to the greatest number possible customers. That is why we propose the realization of facilities that meet their needs both in the near and distant future where they can fully develop the activities necessary to make the name of this brand continue to grow and be among the best within the branch of services that this company provides. For this, the objective of this project is the technical execution proposal, where a study and analysis of ll the processes, techniques and materials that can be used for the construction of this project will be made and thus select the one that works best, taking into account consideration different factors for the choice. Where the resolution of each section or phase of the project is achieved through the use of different criteria and regulations for the choice of a certain strategy to be used and detailing the way in which this is going to be carried out for a better understanding at the time of execution. Proposing innovative systems and elements in the city of Morelia seeking a transcendence of the building and adhering to the updating standards required by today’s society to achieve that distinction that the brand seeks, both in its services to provide and in its facilities and achieving a greater objective in favor of the brand.

Hoy en día los servicios solicitados mediante plataformas digitales han tenido una actividad importante debido a la practicidad y confiabilidad que estos generan al brindar un servicio de calidad es por eso que en la empresa privada UBER se esfuerzan por siempre estar actualizados y al alcance del mayor número de clientes posibles. Es por eso que se propone la realización de instalaciones que cumplan con sus necesidades tanto en un futuro cercano como lejano en donde puedan desarrollar en su totalidad las actividades necesarias para hacer que el nombre de esta marca siga creciendo y estando dentro de las mejores dentro de la rama de servicios que esta empresa brinda. Para esto el objetivo de este proyecto es la propuesta técnica de ejecución, en donde se hará un estudio y análisis de todos los procesos, técnicas y materiales que pueden ser empleados para la construcción de este proyecto y así seleccionar el que funcione mejor, teniendo en consideración diferentes factores para la elección. En donde la resolución de cada apartado o fase del proyecto es alcanzada mediante la utilización de diferentes criterios y reglamentos para la elección de cierta estrategia a emplear y detallando la manera en que esta se va a realizar para un mayor entendimiento a la hora de la ejecución. Proponiendo sistemas y elementos innovadores en la ciudad de Morelia buscando una trascendencia del edificio y acoplándose a los estándares de actualización que así exige la sociedad de la actualidad para lograr esa distinción que busca la marca, tanto en sus servicios a brindar como en sus instalaciones y logrando un objetivo mayor en pro de la marca.
