Abstract

The next project to be presented “Design and Planning of the Municipal Pantheon, Parácuaro Michoacán” arises from the need for spaces to be buried and also by the request of the City Hall generate a new project. As an initial content, an introduction to the subject will be presented, the identification of the problem and its justification, which is a fundamental part of starting the project, as well as the main objectives and reach to which it will arrive and its methodology. Then the breakdown of the capitulates will be presented, starting with the socio-cultural framework, in which the historical aspects of both the subject and the place where it originates develop, as well as the analogous cases that serve as the basis and example for the development of the Project The next chapter is the physical-geographical framework where all the physical aspects of the environment where the project will be executed are considered; the regulatory framework in which the different applicable rules or regulations with which the project must comply are presented; then the urban framework will analyze the infrastructure of the place and the land as well as the services of this; and finally the technical framework where the constructive system to be used and the choice of the most feasible materials for the preparation of the project. After analyzing the previous frameworks, the functional and formal framework is carried out, where the study of the users involved is carried out, the activities and needs they will carry out within the building and also generate the study of areas, and then continue with the planimetry and proposal of the design and present the modeling of the final project, as well as the parametric budget. And finally, the sources of information that were indispensable for the elaboration of the thesis document are presented in the bibliography.

El siguiente proyecto a presentar “Diseño y Planificación de Panteón Municipal, Parácuaro Michoacán” surge por la necesidad de espacios para inhumar y así mismo por la solicitud del H. Ayuntamiento a generar un nuevo proyecto. Como primer contenido se presentará una introducción al tema, la identificación de la problemática y su justificación que es parte fundamental para iniciar el proyecto, así mismo como los objetivos principales y alcances a los que llegará y su metodología. Después se presentará el desglose de los capitulados, iniciando con el marco socio-cultural, en el cual se desarrollan los aspectos históricos tanto del tema como del lugar donde se origina y así mismo los casos análogos que fungen como base y ejemplo para el desarrollo del proyecto. El capítulo siguiente se definirán el marco físico-geográfico donde se consideran todos los aspectos físicos del entorno en donde se ejecutara el proyecto; el marco normativo en el cual se presentan las distintas reglas o normas aplicables con los que debe cumplir el proyecto; después el marco urbano analizará la infraestructura del lugar y del terreno así mismo los servicios de este; y por último el marco técnico donde se da a conocer el sistema constructivo a utilizar y la elección de los materiales más factibles para la elaboración del proyecto. Después ya analizando los marcos anteriores se realiza el marco funcional y formal, donde se desarrolla el estudio de los usuarios que intervienen, las actividades y necesidades que realizarán dentro de la edificación y así mismo generar el estudio de áreas, para después continuar con la planimetría y propuesta del diseño y presentar el modelado del proyecto final, así mismo el presupuesto paramétrico. Y por último se presenta las fuentes de información que fueron indispensables para la elaboración del documento de tesis, en la bibliografía.
