dc.description.abstractSpeaking of conflict and negotiation is not unusual as they are tools for solving conflicts between parties who have at least a moral duty to fix. The conflict does not generate both the communication difficulties , not just one emotion altered by insults and abuse, but is motivated by the confusion , low self-esteem and dissatisfaction . There are many other factors that conspire to turn on and turn the embers of moderate conflict and turn it into a heated confrontation and continuously expanding. Such factors include threats , partial perceptions and membership in groups.
