La aplicación de los Bacillus aumento el desarrollo en las plantas y el rendimiento al final del cultivo. dc.description | "The objectives of this research were; to know the potential in field of four
isolated of Bacillus and the mixture of these (B1, B3, B9 B13), in the development and
yield of the cultivation of pepper, as well as, the biocontrol in root-rot and identify the
species of statements isolations. The application of the Bacillus increased the
development in the plants and the yield at the end of the cultivation. On the other hand,
it decreased the incidence and severity of root-rot concerning the traditional treatment

and to the witness. The bacterial identification was carried out for biochemical tests and
Biolog badges; as well as, for the reaction in chain of the polimerase (PCR) with specific
primers for the ribosomal gene 16S. It was carried out the amplification and purification
of a fragment of ADN of the bacterias for their sequences and they were compared with
the existent in banks of gene s in order to verify that they correspond to the species
identified by biochemical tests and Biolog. The isolated of Bacillus B1 identified like
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus B3 identified Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus
B9 and Bacillus B13 like Bacillus subtilis. In a phylogenetic tree these Bacillus was
contained for separating with other isolations of Bacillus" | |
