| dc.description | El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo comparar dos diluyentes para la conservación de semen, los tratamientos fueron Tris-Yema de huevo (Tris) y Lactosa-Yema de huevo (Lactosa), sobre la motilidad espermática, en semen congelado de bovinos. La investigación se llevó a cabo en el Estado de Veracruz, México, empleando 6 sementales de la raza Suiz-Bu, de 2 años de edad. Se empleó un diseño completamente al azar, con un análisis de varianza para analizar Motilidad Masal (MoM), sobrevivencia, anormalidades, pH, vigor, esto con el fin de determinar el efecto de los dilutores. Para el congelamiento del semen se utilizó hielo seco y el descongelamiento de las pajillas se realizó a 38ºC durante 1 minuto a baño María. En este estudio realizado, los resultados nos arrojan que existen diferencias altamente significativas (P<0.001) entre el semen fresco y los tratamientos con Tris y Lactosa, sin embargo, no se encontraron diferencias significativas (P>0.05) para las variables Motilidad Masal, sobrevivencia, anormalidades, con excepción para la variable vigor, que presenta valores de 2.70 y 3.29 (P≤0.05) para los tratamientos Tris y Lactosa, respectivamente. Se concluye que los dos dilutores mantuvieron la sobrevivencia de los espermatozoides del semen, las variables motilidad masal espermática, sobrevivencia, anormalidades nos demostraron que ambos dilutores tuvieron similar efecto, sin diferencia significativa, sin embargo para la variable vigor, el diluyente Lactosa se comportó mejor a diferencia del Tris con valores de 2.70 y 3.29 respectivamente. _______________ EVALUATION OF TWO DILUENTS FOR THE CONSERVATION OF BOVINE SEMEN IN THE TROPICS. One concludes that the two dilutores they supported the conservation of the semen, the variables motility masal spermatic, survival, abnormalities we demonstrated that both dilutores had similar effect, without it differs statistically significantly, nevertheless for variable vigor, the thinner lactose behaved better unlike the Tris with values of 2.70 and 3.29 respectively. | |
