El trabajo busca repasar un caso patrocinado por la Clinica Juridica de derecho de Consumidores y Usuarios en el que se intentó, mediante una acción judicial preventiva, proteger el derecho a la salud y a la información adecuada y veraz de un grupo de consumidores/as / usuarios/as del servicio de agua potable en un barrio de la ciudad de La Plata. El repaso de los hechos da cuenta de las múltiples e inconducentes barreras judiciales que dicho colectivo intentó, sin éxito, derribar.The work seeks to review a case sponsored by the Legal Clinic of Consumers, in which an attempt was made, through a preventive legal action, to protect the right to health and to adequate and truthful information of a group of consumers/users of the drinking water service in a neighborhood of the city of La Plata.
