El enfoque biográfico-narrativo ha desplegado múltiples expansiones temáticas y metodológicas que evidencian su crecimiento como una forma alternativa de indagación social. Una de esas expansiones está orientada hacia el abordaje de la formación en el posgrado argentino y la profesión académica universitaria. En el presente artículo analizaremos las diversas texturas biográficas que asume la formación postgradual a partir de las narrativas de académicos de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata las cuales permiten dar cuenta de las implicancias biográficas y profesionales que tiene dicha travesía de formación, el vínculo pedagógico entre directores y tesistas, huellas disciplinares, los aportes que la credencial otorga a la carrera académica y la resignificación experiencial que dicho itinerario asume en la medida que los sujetos lo narran y lo resemantizan a partir del propio relato.The biographical-narrative approach has deployed multiple thematic and methodological expansions that show its growth as an alternative form of social inquiry. One of these expansions is oriented towards the approach to training in Argentine postgraduate studies and the university academic profession. In this article we will analyze the various biographical textures that postgraduate training assumes from the narratives of academics from the National University of Mar del Plata, which allow us to account for the biographical and professional implications that this training journey has, the pedagogical link between directors and thesis students, disciplinary traces, the contributions that the credential gives to the academic career and the experiential resignification that said itinerary assumes as the subjects narrate it and resemantic it from the story itself.Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación
