Resumen
Advances in artificial intelligence go beyond the legal language of issuing and arguing; technical language is not enough: new innovative practices must be present. The lawyer must turn to programmers, developers, analysts, among others. We are required to talk to computers. Informatics, technology and computers have changed the law and the way of thinking of the lawyer. Tools available by new practical business technologies based on technological innovations For our part, the lack of connection between the legal language and the semi-mathematical style of programming delayed a collision that, thanks to the enormous increase in computational capacity, finally occurred.
In our case, the current revolution (the fourth industrial one) is not only subject to law, but it has overturned the paradigm of industrialization and modernity; In other words, it has modified the rules of how we will be able to advance collectively.- Although the algorithms that we use for these systems were proposed in the 60s, their greatest impact can be observed today mainly due to the fact that it has become possible to process a large amount of data with considerably lower costs.
Revolution in artificial intelligence is due to the ability to generate and capture data.- Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales
