We have explored a set of features circularias 18 Morococha native subjects (4.538 meters), comparing the results with previous research and the same characters studied at sea level in 22 healthy men. This comparative study has showed some modifications of the circulatory function of the inhabitants of the height, whose character and significance summarily discussed. In one group of animals (dogs) at sea level and at another height have practiced some observations on circulatory function. The results indicate that the compensation mechanisms, from the point of view circulatory are identical that in man.Se ha explorado un conjunto de características circularias en 18 sujetos nativos de Morococha (4,538 metros), comparándose los resultados obtenidos con previas investigaciones y los mismos caracteres estudiados a nivel del mar en 22 hombres sanos. Este estudio comparativo ha permitido apreciar ciertas modificaciones de la función circulatoria de los habitantes de la altura, cuyo carácter y significación se ha discutido sumariamente. En un grupo de animales (perros) a nivel del mar y en otro de la altura se han practicado algunas observaciones en relación con la función circulatoria. Los resultados indican que los mecanismos de compensación, desde un punto de vista circulatorio, son idénticos que en el hombre.
