dc.descriptionThis work aims to make a general balance of the iconoclastic acts of the first three months of the outbreak or social revolt in Chile, analyzing the relations hip of monuments with “the quotidian” or “daily life”, as material supports of daily regulations. As a hypothesis, it is argued that behind the motivation and impulse a symbolic imaginary of “rebellion from the quotidian” would be operate, as a device activated with the evasion of the subway, which would trigger a gradual and greater destruction of objects that have radically ac­celerated their normative invalidity. The testimonies of the press and social networks will be examined as sources, analyzing the selected cases and clas­sifying them according to their projection around two predominant dynamics: Destructive Iconoclasm and Reconstitutive Iconoclasm.en-US
dc.descriptionEste trabajo pretende realizar un balance general de los actos iconoclastas de los tres primeros meses de estallido o revuelta social en Chile, analizando la relación de los monumentos con la “cotidianidad” o lo “cotidiano”, como soportes materiales de normatividad diaria. Como hipótesis se sostiene que tras la motivación e impulso operaría un imaginario simbólico de “rebelión desde lo cotidiano”, como dispositivo activado con la evasión del metro, que desencadenaría en una destrucción gradual y mayor de objetos que han ace­lerado radicalmente su invalidez normativa. Se examinarán como fuentes los testimonios de prensa y redes sociales, analizando los casos seleccionados y clasificándolos según su proyección en torno a dos dinámicas predominantes: Iconoclastia Destructiva e Iconoclasia Reconstitutiva.es-ES
