| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN:El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo resolver la problemática de la atención a los habitantes del municipio, atendiendo puntos como el turismo, cultura y medio ambiente, debido al incremento de problemas ambientales repercutiendo en sus habitantes y disminuyendo índices de turismo y tradiciones culturales con ayuda a través de un Parque Ecoturístico; para lo cual se comenzará realizando un análisis de la problemática para detectar el problema a solucionar.
Iniciamos en el capítulo I con los marcos referenciales con aspectos históricos enfocados al turismo, además de marcos teóricos para reforzar todo este análisis y posteriormente haciendo referencias jurídicas que norman puntos turísticos, culturales, urbanos entre otros.
En el capítulo II, se abarca el tema de medio físico del lugar de investigación, los aspectos sociales y los aspectos económicos. La información va enfocada al sector turístico, ambiental y cultural donde se han integrado gráficas, cuadros, etc. Para justificar esta problemática se identifican las razones por las cuales es relevante llevar a cabo este tema seleccionado, mencionando la relevancia que tiene el problema de su contexto. En este punto también se establece la forma en que se ven afectos los actores involucrados en el problema, y de qué manera se verán beneficiados con la realización de este Parque Ecoturístico Tlacati.
Posteriormente en el capítulo III se aplica el método cuantitativo de diseño arquitectónico, dónde se analizó las necesidades a satisfacer para poder conformar la guía operacional del diseño. Se comienza a desarrollar el proyecto terminal con la presentación del conjunto y la descripción de la arquitectura. Luego se presenta la solución estructural, criterio de cálculos. Así mismo, se presenta la memoria de cálculo y descriptiva de las instalaciones hidrosanitarias y eléctricas junto con los criterios de cálculo, tablas de gasto y estimación de cargas en el edificio, entre otros aspectos. Se llevó a cabo el análisis del presupuesto a través de costos paramétricos, los cuales nos dan una idea general del costo que tendrá tal proyecto, para así apreciar si la construcción del Parque Ecoturístico Tlacati es factible de acuerdo al financiamiento otorgado.
Para finalmente en el capítulo IV se llevó a cabo un análisis a la propuesta para su sistema constructivo de blocks a base de residuo minero, indagando todas sus ventajas y desventajas con el fin de economizar y dar nuevas propuestas a la construcción.

Later in the chapter III is applied the method quantitative of design architectural, where is analyzed the needs to meet to be able to form the operational guide design. Begins to develop the terminal project with the presentation of the whole and the description of the Architecture. Likewise, is presents the memory of calculation and descriptive of them facilities drainage systems and electric along with the criteria of calculation, tables of expenditure and estimation of load in the building, among other aspects. The budget analysis was conducted through parametric cost, which we give an idea general of the cost that will be such Project, to see if the Tlacati ecotourism park construction is feasible according to the granted financing.
For finally in chapter IV proposal analysis was conducted for its building blocks based on mining residue system, investigating all its advantages and disadvantages in order to save money and make new proposals for the construction. | |
