| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN: El rezago cultural es un problema importante en el municipio de Acapulco de Juárez, Estado de Guerrero; por lo que se propone un complejo de tipo “Centro Cultural” para combatirlo, esto justificado por los Planes de Desarrollo Nacional, Estatal, Municipal y Sectorial, correspondientes a la temática de cultura.
El propósito de desarrollar este complejo en el municipio es crear un acercamiento cultural y social en las comunidades locales, dicho inmueble tiene como objetivo facilitar el desarrollo de actividades de tipo cultural, social y recreativas que concienticen a la población sobre la prevención del delito, la violencia familiar; entre otras problemáticas.
Para poder desarrollar este proyecto se estructuró una investigación basada en el Método
Cuantitativo de Diseño Arquitectónico elaborado por el arquitecto Álvaro Sánchez, dicha
investigación se encuentra dividida por bloques en donde se desarrollan los diversos medios y componentes necesarios para lograr un proyecto urbano-arquitectónico sustentable.
En conclusión se pretende que a través de la creación de este “Centro Cultural” se fomente una mejor convivencia social y familiar en la población de Acapulco, buscar la prevención del delito a través de las actividades realizadas en el recinto, que el arte y la cultura estén al alcance de todos y que formen parte integral en la formación de los ciudadanos.
ABSTRACT: The cultural lag is a very important problem in the municipality of Acapulco de Juárez, State of Guerrero; so a “Cultural Center” is proposed to fight against this problem, this is justified by the National, State, Municipal and Sectorial Development Plans corresponding to the cultural thematic.
The purpose of developing this complex in the municipality is creating a cultural and social
approach in the local communities, this building has as a target the development of cultural, social and recreative activities that raise awarness in the population about the prevention of the crime,
the familiar violence; among other problematics.
To develop this project, it was necessary to structure an investigation based on the
Quantitative Method of Architectural Design made by the architect Álvaro Sánchez, this research is divided in blocks which are divided in the different means and components to achieve a sustainable architectural-urban project.
In conclusion, through the creation of a “Cultural Center” it is pretended to foster a better social and familiar coexistence among the population of Acapulco, looking for the prevention of crime through the activities in the complex, the art and culture must be near everybody, and also must take part in the formation of the citizens. | |
