Abstract

ABSTRACT: Chapter one deals with issues related to the historical background, the methodological framework that continues the research, the legal and normative framework and the general provisions serve as a support for the harmonious development of the subject of our research community. In chapter two is an urban diagnosis of the population, its main characteristics, socio-economic conditions, the physical environment, conditions of vulnerability and risk, festivities and traditions that generate part of its culture and identity. In chapter three, work the theme of urban identity, analysis of site, routes, nodes, paths, borders, topographic profiles, etc., as well as the needs program which generates the architectural program. A specific study of the area is done to determine the diagram of operation and their areas according to the needs. Chapter four presents the architectural Project, general plans, structural plans, facilities plans, cost analysis and proposals for financing. Finally, chapter five presents my proposal of technological innovation, which makes an accurate analysis of the process, properties, classification, use and application, advantages and disadvantages, as well as their manufacture, with the result of laboratory tests that sustain our model.
