El Sistema de Modelo Viable ofrece una oportunidad para que las organizaciones sociales
puedan gestionar su actuación y los recursos disponibles a fin de logra objetivos de una forma
eficiente, con la posibilidad de adaptarse a un mundo cambiante y muy demandante. A través
de la Metodología de Checkland se conoce a las organizaciones por medio de sus integrantes,
logrando con ello un reflejo real de lo que ocurre en la organización y sus posibles soluciones
generando con sus aportaciones un modelo propuesto al que se augura buenos resultados al
realizado por los actores del sistema. Así mismo el sustento matemático será el aval de
cualquier modelo por lo que la evidencia estadística brinda la foto de la situación real de las
variables, con sus correlaciones, así como la aportación de cada variable al sistema obtenida
mediante la regresión lineal múltiple, generando así la posibilidad de una solución diferente
al Sistema Educativo del Nivel Medio Superior del IPN.
En esta investigación presenta el diseño del modelo viable del desempeño del nivel medio
superior del IPN, desarrollado mediante la Metodología de Checkland ideal para
organizaciones sociales y tomando como base la Teoría de Stafford Beer, con el objetivo de
mejorar de Desempeño Institucional del nivel medio superior del IPN.
En el desarrollo de la investigación se identificaron a los sistemas relevantes mediante la
Metodología de Checkland, a estos sistemas se les considero variables para conocer su
comportamiento y ser incluidos en el diseño del Modelo Viable de Mejora Continua.
Los resultados obtenidos muestran la correlación entre los sistemas relevantes, los cuales se
consideran independientes dentro del sistema total y pueden contribuir a la mejora del
desempeño institucional.
El nivel medio superior del IPN es necesaria una solución sistémica e integral para la mejora
de su Desempeño, el Modelo Viable de Mejora Continua proporciona una opción a través de
la aplicación de la metodología y teoría sistémica que brinda nuevas opciones para lograr
mejorar el desempeño institucional.
ABSTRACT:
The Viable Model System offers an opportunity for social organizations to manage their
performance and available resources in order to achieve objectives in an efficient way, with
the possibility of adapting to a changing and demanding world. Through the Checkland
Methodology, organizations are known through their members, thus achieving a real
reflection of what happens in the organization and its possible solutions, generating a
proposed model with their contributions, which augurs well with the results achieved. by the
actors of the system. Likewise, the mathematical support will be the endorsement of any
model, so the statistical evidence provides a picture of the real situation of the variables, with
their correlations, as well as the contribution of each variable to the system obtained through
multiple linear regression, thus generating the possibility of a different solution to the
Educational System of the Higher Medium Level of the IPN.
This research presents the design of the viable model of performance of the upper middle
level of the IPN, developed by the Methodology of Checkland ideal for social organizations
and based on the Stafford Beer Theory, with the aim of improving Institutional Performance
of the upper level of the IPN.
In the development of the research the relevant systems were identified through the
Checkland Methodology, these systems are considered variables to know their behavior and
be included in the design of the Viable Model of Continuous Improvement.
The results obtained show the correlation between the relevant systems, which are considered
independent within the total system and can contribute to the improvement of institutional
performance.
