La integración, como medio para elevar la productividad y calidad, en la industria textil de la confección

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se abordó la elaboración de los tapetes anudados a mano, bajo dos factores clave, el telar vertical y el tapete mismo. Se analizaron las operaciones requeridas que involucran el uso del telar vertical para la elaboración de un tapete anudado a mano generalmente de forma rectangular, con el objetivo de conocer a fondo que parte del proceso presentaba una mayor inversión de tiempo y esfuerzo de parte del artesano, y que a su vez permitiera su adecuación y mejora para incrementar el rendimiento productivo de la labor artesanal sin transgredirla. Paralelo a esto generar la propuesta de un tapete circular con motivos acordes a la línea de diseños tradicionales. Los elementos que se detectaron para dar una óptima solución fueron: el uso de aluminio para fabricar el telar vertical en lugar de madera, el uso de un tensor que permitió disminuir tiempo y esfuerzo en una de las operaciones más tardadas y pesadas en la elaboración del tapete, como lo es el recorrer el tapete montado en el telar y finalmente la aportación de un diseño con motivos nahuas para ser aplicado a un tapete de forma circular. Lo anterior se comprobó de manera práctica mediante la fabricación de un prototipo de telar vertical con el material propuesto, evaluando su funcionamiento y respectivas adecuaciones para poder elaborar un tapete en forma circular bajo el diseño previamente establecido. Estas aportaciones indudablemente tienen gran repercusión en la labor artesanal, en mejorar las condiciones de trabajo mediante un equipo actualizado y mejorado que dignifique, pero sobre todo repercuta en una mejor productividad artesanal.

ABSTRACT: The present work shows to the analysis of a company of the textile sector in the industry of the preparation of underclothes and suits to us of bath for lady, installed in the European continent, more specifically in; Igualada, Barcelona, España. For it obtained an objective analysis, the present work has been developed in nine parts, organized in an historical frame that speaks to us on the administration forms which they have existed through the time, a theoretical frame, which speaks to us on the new theories of management, the new technologies of the handling of the information and the new used technological systems of production in the analyzed company. In another one of its parts, in an analysis with critical spirit on the form to administer, to produce, to control, and to manage, the different systems that have taken to success a; Vives Vidal Vivesa S.A.. In a last part, one becomes a proposal of improvement of his logistic system of harvesting and finished product delivery, that is to say, the critical route that follows the product from cut in Vivesa, to the preparation factories, its harvesting and its later delivery in the stores of sale to the retail that is its arrival to the client. By the complexity of the company (Since one is the Europa division of the transnational company Vanity Fair, Co.) the present work of investigation contains so diverse subjects that they go from the management of the quality to logistic, happening through the systems; CRM, EPR, CIM, CAD/CAM. And also on its production system that has taken to this company to be one of the few that nowadays it counts on an integrated system of production. This work also speaks to us as its name indicates it; “The integration, like average elevating productivity and quality, in the textile industry of the preparation”, of the integration of the productive systems, with the help of the technology that nowadays offers to us east world and remembers to us that within the productive systems and the administration of companies, the man is the angular stone and not them machines. This work speaks to us fundamentally, of the valuable thing that it is the human activity and to where this can arrive using the machines and the high technology like one more a tool. In order to be able to elaborate this work and to make an analysis complete of the productive system of the company, in a treatment of interchange with the same one a manual of control of quality in exchange for its cooperation has been elaborated to share the information of its productive methods, that as annexed contains east work. Finally, this work contains a judgment on its productive system and a following proposal of the work that are due to elaborate on the subject. In this line of the ideas, they have run red river on the way more adapted to administer a company of manufacture and services. Nevertheless, despite on the textile industry and more specifically on the industry of the preparation, Literature is not very ample in spite of being this one, the one that has initiated the industrial revolution.

RÉSUMÉ: Ce travail nous présente l'analyse d'une entreprise du secteur textile dans l'industrie de la confection de sous-vêtements et de maillots de bain pour femme, installée sur le continent européen, plus spécifiquement à : Igualada, Barcelona, España. Pour réussir une analyse objective, ce travail est développé en neuf parties organisées dans un cadre historique qui nous parle des formes d'administration qui ont existées à travers les temps, un cadre théorique, lequel nous parle des nouvelles théories de gestion, des nouvelles technologies de maniement de l'information et des nouveaux systèmes technologiques de production utilisés dans la compagnie analysée. Dans une autre partie, une analyse critique sur la façon d’administrer, produire, contrôler, et gérer les différents systèmes qui ont conduit Vives Vidal Vivesa. SA au succès. Dans une dernière partie, est faite une proposition d'amélioration de son système logistique de collecte et de livraison du produit fini, c'est-à-dire, l'itinéraire critique que suit le produit de la coupe à Vivesa aux ateliers de confection, sa collecte et sa livraison finale dans les boutiques de vente au détail soit son arrivée jusqu’au client. Vu la complexité de l’entreprise (puisqu'il s’agit de la division Europe de la Multinationale Vanity Form Co.), ce travail de recherche comprend des thèmes très divers qui vont de la gestion de la qualité jusqu’à la logistique en passant par les systèmes ; CRM, EPR, CIM,CAD/CAM et aussi son système de production qui a conduit cette compagnie à être l'une des seules qui de nos jours, possède un système intégré de production. Ce travail nous parle également comme son nom l'indique de “L’intégration comme moyen d’augmenter la productivité et la qualité dans l'industrie textile de la confection.” de l'intégration des systèmes productifs aidés de la technologie, qu’aujourd’hui nous offre le monde, et nous rappelle qu'au coeur des systèmes productifs et au coeur de l'administration des entreprises, l'homme est la pierre angulaire et non pas les machines. Ce travail nous parle fondamentalement, de la valeur que représente l'activité humaine et où celle-ci peut nous mener en utilisant les machines et la haute technologie comme un outil supplémentaire. Afin de pouvoir élaborer ce travail et faire une analyse complète du système productif de l’entreprise, dans une relation d'échange avec celle-ci, un manuel de contrôle de qualité a été élaboré en échange de sa coopération à partager l'information sur ses méthodes de production, inclu ici en tant qu’annexe. En conclusion, ce travail émet un jugement sur son système de production et une proposition sur les prochains travaux qui doivent être réalisés sur le sujet. Dans cette optique, on a fait couler beaucoup d’encre sur la façon la plus adéquate de gérer une entreprise de secteurs différents comme une manufacture ou une entreprise de services. Cependant, sur l'industrie textile et plus spécifiquement sur l'industrie de la confection, les ouvrages ne sont pas très nombreux, bien que celle-ci soit celle qui a lancé la révolution industrielle.
