dc.descriptionThe article tries to come closer to a complex theoretical methodological analysis of the medical anthropology, of the health and of the psychiatry transcultural, finally of the ethnopsychiatry. So much through an attentive historical reconstruction of the authors and of the currents to those that these gave life, as of a perspective analytic critic, it comes closer to the several “ethnopsychology” deepening in the contributions and limitations of the concepts that were built from the psychiatric language and from the anthropological one. It emphasizes, also, how these concepts defined the field of study of each discipline taking a risk to break into fragments this way the scientific dialogue. On the other hand, the article puts emphasis in the necessity of considering the cultural differences of the health and of the illness of the contexts that it take in consideration emphasizing in the necessity of not universalizing the data but of considering the local codes: it structures symbolic, ideological and social.en-US
dc.descriptionEl artículo intenta acercarse a un complejo análisis teórico-metodológico de la antropología médica, de la salud y de la psiquiatría transcultural, finalmente de la etnopsiquiatría. Tanto a través de una atenta reconstrucción histórica de los autores y de las corrientes a los que éstos dieron vida, como de una perspectiva analítico erítica, se acerca a las varias "etnopsicologías" y profundiza en las contribuciones y limitaciones de los conceptos que se construyeron desde los lenguajes psiquiátrico y antropológico. Enfatiza, además, cómo estos conceptos delimitaron el campo de estudio de cada disciplina fragmentando de estas manera el diálogo científico. Por otro lado, el artículo señala la necesidad de considerar las diferencias culturales de la salud y de la enfermedad haciendo hincapié en la necesidad de no universalizar los datos, sino de considerar los códigos locales: estructura simbólica ideológica y social.es-ES
