In this experience report, we present the methodological proposal of the on-line advising process of English language teachers in training, who work in different language centers (NucLis) of the Languages without Borders - English program. We begin with a brief description of the Languages without Borders (LwB) Program and the implementation of on-line pedagogical guidance. Following, we discuss the context in which we developed the methodological proposal for 2018, based on previous experiences. We present the proposal called by us as "Exploring How-tos in English teaching: Focus on Academic English and English for Internationalization", explaining the topics covered, the theoretical texts and references of webinars used. We conclude by reporting what we have learned throughout the proposed implementation and indicating what we would maintain and what we would change in new opportunities for using the proposal.
