Diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem para o componente sentidos da Teoria de Roy, aplicados a adultos em neurorreabilitação

Abstract

Objective: To elaborate and validate statements of nursing diagnoses and interventions for the component Senses of Physiological Mode of Roy’s theory for patients in neurorehabilitation. Methodology: This is a methodological study, which involved different methods of data collection, organization and analysis. Results: 18 nursing diagnoses were elaborated and 14 were validated with their respective nursing interventions. Conclusion: The construction of subgroups of ICNP® nursing diagnoses, outcomes and interventions in the various clinical specialties is a necessity and a recommendation of the International Council of Nurses.
