In recent years, the difficulty on the part of high school students of the Colegio de Boyacá has been seen in understanding the knowledge of the Citizen Competencies module of the ICFES exam, an aspect evidenced by the low score obtained in said tests. On the other hand, it has been shown that the use of ICT Information and Communication Technologies to support teaching processes has been highly effective, especially due to the new paradigms regarding the use of digital media. Thus, an alternative is the use of Artificial Intelligence technologies to facilitate these processes. One of these technologies is Machine Learning (in Spanish, learning machines), in which computers are capable of developing learning processes. The objective of this project is to implement a Machine Learning Natural Language Processing (NLP) system so that, through the recognition of questions by users and the ability to give answers autonomously, it supports the teaching of the citizen skills module. of the ICFES exam. This work is aimed at high school students from Colegio de Boyacá. To fulfill this objective, six phases are proposed in which the processes of documentation, design, development, training, testing and implementation of the system are carried out.
