Guía para la mejora del desempeño organizacional a partir de la integración de sistemas de calidad, medio ambiente y seguridad y salud en el trabajo en mypes

Abstract

The NTC 6001 of 2015 - Management System for Micro and Small MYPES enterprises aims at organizational improvement through the establishment of tools oriented to the development of a solid internal structure, thus, making MYPES productive, competitive and innovative. However, MSEs have found themselves in the need to comply with regulations and management models, therefore, interest in the integration of management systems related to quality, environment and occupational health and safety arises. This research process focuses on the design of a guide for the improvement of organizational performance from the integration of quality, environment and occupational health and safety system for MYPES following the structure of the NTC ISO 6001:2017, this having as a reference the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and the minimum standards for occupational health and safety established in the decree 1072 of 2015. For the development of the guide it was necessary to perform a correlational matrix where the common, necessary and additional requirements for the integration of management systems were identified, recognizing a total of thirty-nine (39) requirements. The guide covers thirty-eight (38) tools needed to establish an integrated management system adaptable to MSEs; the tools are designed in Excel files to facilitate access to organizations. Finally, the guide was validated following the expert panel method with a total of five (5) responses that were coded to perform the reliability analysis of the guide through the statistical method Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, the result of the coefficient was equivalent to 0. 946, which, can be interpreted with excellent reliability granting the endorsement to the Guide for the Application of a Management System for MYPES under the integration of the standards: NTC 6001 of 2017, NTC 9001 of 2015, NTC 14001 of 2015 and decree 1072 of 2015.
