Manejo de metodologías ágiles para el desarrollo de proyectos

Abstract

The current business environment is characterized by its dynamism and the need for organizations to develop conditions that maximize their ability to respond to changes that may occur, improving the results of the development of any project. In the search for greater dynamism and flexibility, Agile Methodologies were generated as a response to the limitations presented by traditional project management methods, which stood out for their linearity and rigidity, as well as low capacity to respond to conditions that were not initially planned. Therefore, the research aims to establish the potential use of agile methodologies in project management and development through an exhaustive review of related literature, determining the definition of this type of methodologies, origin and development, characteristics and principles, classification, as well as related advantages and disadvantages. Subsequently, its potential application in different business environments for the design, development and management of projects is evaluated, determining its relevance and the challenges that may arise.
