Resumen
The main objective of this research is to generate theoretical bases that support the construction of an evaluation instrument for use in employee selection processes in the teleworking modality, which arises from a documentary analysis under the hermeneutic-interpretative paradigm. 60 articles published between 2017 and 2022 were analyzed, analysis categories, which were called macro-competences, among which, the competences that stood out the most were: personal (self-confidence, self-motivation, adaptability), transversal (planning and organization, effective communication) and organizational. (media skills), from which the analysis categories necessary for a test structure of a measurement instrument in teleworking modality were selected. In the development of this research, it was found that teleworking brings more favorable aspects for teleworkers than for organizations. Finally, the most representative factors for the teleworking modality were: the adequate work environment in terms of increased worker productivity; economics in relation to cost reduction; and the family in terms of the increase in the conflict between family - work
