Humanity advances through time and develops in different talents, one of the main aspects that is continually changing is technology, especially social networks, which is an important and main factor for marketing, advertising, sales, research during the development of any project. That is why this directly affects the life of man by exposing himself to new forms of life for which products appear more and more in different shapes and sizes offering different services in order to meet the need of a client. Companies that develop and create products are continually exposed to process changes in their manufacture, as technologies to manufacture them are becoming better or better knowledge is developed to produce them. When producing a product, elaborate plans are always required. Commonly called process plans or process planning, are a fundamental part of new product development. In this research, a business plan is proposed for the creation, development and operational design of a Bakery and Pastry Shop in the city of Bucaramanga, Santander under the PMI guidelines. Therefore, the methodology used to obtain the information was the surveys in the city and its metropolitan area in order to identify the target population. In this research, a business plan is proposed for the creation, development and operational design of Bakery and Pastry Shop in the city of Bucaramanga, Santander under the PMI guidelines. Therefore, the methodology used to obtain the information was the surveys in the city and its metropolitan area in order to identify the target population. The feasibility of this project was demonstrated through a study of 385 people surveyed, taken as a total population sample of the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. The initial investment amount of this project is fifty million pesos $50,000,000 financed with 70% of partners and 30% through a bank loan with the financial entity Bancolombia, so that through an economic context it is analyzed through from this perspective the feasibility of carrying out the project and its profitability.
